To access the full features of the p566 Platform, you must register for an account via the p566 Login page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) p566 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, p566 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical winnings, and forfeit any account balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p566 account credentials, including your username and password. p566 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following payment methods are not accepted on p566 under any circumstances: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset), and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.

Deposits are generally credited to your p566 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and your financial institution. p566 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

p566 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all p566 bonuses:

• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion;

p566 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure has materially affected the outcome. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p566 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer games;

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward p566 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials or unauthorized use of another person's payment account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p566 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

p566's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p566 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

p566 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While p566 maintains a 99.9% uptime target, temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond p566's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p566's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

p566 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at p566.live/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p566 is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR), payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

p566 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p566 will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. p566 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting p566 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by p566 may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
